Green Rooibos

Green Rooibos, like Red Rooibos, originates from South Africa. It is harvested before fermentation, thus preserving its green leaves and subtle aroma. Rooibos is not a tea because it does not contain caffeine. Rooibos has a rather sweet taste even without the addition of sugar.
