This green tea quality consists mainly of leaf stalks, so-called "Kuki", which are a by-product of Sencha or Bancha production. Kukicha toasted is an unusual green tea speciality with a strong, sweet taste.

The gentle coffee note is slightly reminiscent of dark men's chocolate. Although very characteristic in appearance, the taste is not overpowering and results in an enjoyable experience.
